4th Ybl Conference on the Built Environment   
TOPIC: EAST CENTRAL EUROPE: LET’S BUILD TOGETHER

The 4th Ybl Conference on the Built Environment 2026 invites participants to an international scientific and professional platform that fosters dialogue and collaboration within the broadly interpreted disciplinary framework of the built environment. The aim of the conference is to connect the key actors of higher education and research in the Carpathian Basin within a shared knowledge space, with special emphasis on architecture, architectural engineering, and the related interdisciplinary fields.

The conference not only presents but actively builds the interdisciplinary knowledge bridge that connects the researchers, institutions, and shared values of the future. The slogan “East Central Europe: Let’s Build Together!” simultaneously refers to shared professional responsibility, regional cohesion, and a creative mindset that shapes the built environment—both in physical and intellectual terms.

Participation is free both speakers and visitors, but registration is required.
