Introduction

The Registrar's Office, which is a part of the Ybl Miklós Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering, performs the educational and academic administration, documentation and statistical tasks of the faculty. The staff help and guide our students from their first semester until their graduation, whether in matters relating to their timetables, or regarding exam or scholarship opportunities. 

The most important tasks of the Registrar’s Office are:

  • managing the academic affairs of the students in accordance with Óbuda University’s Studies and Examinations Regulations and handling their data in accordance with the legal requirements;
  • assisting in the performance of educational tasks;
  • performing study registration tasks in the Neptun System (the  centralized academic administration system)
  • informing students about major issues affecting their studies
  • performing faculty educational and study administration, documentation and statistical tasks
  • maintenance and management of student study data, as well as documentation
  • registering and issuing certificates relating to student status 

Management of the institute
