The Romanian Ambassador was the guest of the Ybl Miklós Faculty

A friendly, yet professionally very meaningful meeting took place at Ybl Miklós Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering, where Dr. Anthony John Gall, Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Zsuzsa Fáczányi and Dr. habil. Zuh Deodáth received the guests from the Romanian Embassy. The discussion quickly went beyond the formal framework: the professional exchange of ideas became a forum for inspiring reflections and future-oriented cooperation.

One of the starting points of the meeting was the celebration of the Brâncuși Year, which is not only a significant artistic anniversary but also a cultural link between Hungary and Romania.
The meeting also discussed the faculty's current projects related to Romania. Special attention was given to the recently published Romanian-English Zeppelin volume, which included publications by Dr Anthony Gall and Dr Andor Wesselényi-Garay.

Another important topic was the Oradea workshop, which is currently attended by faculty members Anett Mizsei, Zsuzsa Fáczányi, Dr. Anthony Gall and Dr. habil. Zuh Deodáth – are working together.
The friendly atmosphere of the meeting was enhanced by the location. The building of the Faculty of Architecture is located on Thököly road, next to the Embassy, so the geographical proximity is symbolic of the link between the two institutions.
